11. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, products may arrive in separate shipments depending on warehouse availability or shipping logistics.
There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options after delivery.
